Training Program Only

Tier 2

Corrective & Functional Coaching

$720 (12 weeks, paid up front)
  • Includes posture & movement assessments

  • Corrective exercise strategies for strength, mobility, and flexibility

  • Custom 12–16 week program with 4-week progressions

  • Biweekly 20–30 min 1:1 coaching calls for form checks, program updates, and accountability

  • Ongoing app access + chat support (responses within 24 hrs)

Best for: Beginners, clients returning after injury, or anyone wanting deeper guidance.

Tier 3

Performance Coaching (Includes Nutrition)

$1,080 (12 weeks, paid up front)
  • Integrated fitness + nutrition coaching for body composition or performance goals

  • 12–16 week program with structured phases

  • Biweekly 50–60 min 1:1 coaching calls for performance strategy & nutrition feedback

  • App access with workouts, habit tracking, chat support, and meal planning tools included

Best for: Athletes and serious clients focused on body recomposition, sports performance, or fat loss.

Q1: Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Programs are customized to your available equipment, whether at home or in the gym.

Each plan is built for 12–16 weeks, progressing every 4 weeks to keep you improving.

  • Tier 2 → Biweekly 20–30 min calls for fitness-only guidance (form, adjustments, accountability).

  • Tier 3 → Biweekly 50–60 min calls that include fitness + nutrition coaching.

Yes — you can bundle nutrition counseling for +$150/month. Tier 3 already includes it.

Tier 3 clients get access to the meal planning tools included in the coaching app. Tier 1 & 2 clients can add this feature for +$25/month.

All tiers include in-app chat support with a 24-hour response time.

No — all coaching services are non-refundable. Programs may be paused or rescheduled only in cases of emergency.
