I Help Active Adults & Athletes Fuel, Recover, and Perform at Their Best
Registered Dietitian. Performance Nutrition Specialist. Athlete.
I help active adults and athletes use practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve fueling, recovery, body composition, and performance—without extremes or unnecessary complexity.
Why I Do This Work
I’m not just a dietitian—I’m an athlete. I train and compete in beach volleyball, which gives me firsthand experience with recovery, fueling, and performance under real conditions.
I’ve seen how confusing nutrition can be, especially with so much conflicting advice. That’s why I focus on simplifying performance nutrition into practical systems that actually work.
My goal is to help active adults and athletes understand how to fuel their bodies with confidence, recover effectively, and perform consistently—whether they’re working toward personal fitness goals, training recreationally, or competing in sport.

Who I Work With
You don’t have to compete at an elite level to benefit from performance nutrition.
I work with active adults, recreational athletes, and competitive athletes who want their nutrition to better support the way they train, move, recover, and perform.
That might mean improving energy for regular workouts, fueling for recreational sports, working toward body composition goals while staying properly fueled, or developing a more structured strategy for training and competition.
The common thread is simple: you care about what your body can do, and you want your nutrition to support it.
Why M3 Total Wellness?
M3 Total Wellness was built around the idea that performance isn’t determined by one factor alone. How you think, how you fuel, and how you move all influence your ability to train, recover, and perform consistently.
That’s the foundation of the M3 Performance Framework: Mind. Meals. Motion.
Mind
The habits, mindset, and consistency that help turn nutrition knowledge into sustainable action.
Meals
The fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies that provide your body with the nutrition it needs to support activity and performance.
Motion
The training, movement, and physical demands your nutrition strategy needs to support.
Rather than treating nutrition as something separate from the rest of your life, the M3 approach brings these areas together to create practical strategies built around you.
Ready to Fuel Your Goals With More Confidence?
Whether you’re working toward personal fitness goals or preparing for competition, the M3 Performance Assessment is the starting point for understanding how your nutrition can better support your activity, recovery, and performance.
