Pricing and Investment

At M3 Total Wellness, services are personalized and flexible. Hereโ€™s how theyโ€™re structured:

Nutrition Counseling & Support

Work 1:1 with a licensed dietitian for personalized guidance.

  • Insurance Clients: Must book through my clinical partnerโ€™s website. Their team handles eligibility checks, onboarding, and billing.

  • Self-Pay Clients: Book directly through M3 Total Wellness. Option to bundle nutrition + fitness coaching for a complete program.

Self-Pay Rates:

  • Initial Consultation (75โ€“90 minutes): $175

  • Follow-Up Sessions (45โ€“60 minutes): $110

  • Monthly Package (2 sessions + messaging support): $200 (save $20)

  • Nutrition + Fitness Bundle: $300/month (includes 2 nutrition sessions + custom workout program)

Virtual Fitness Coaching (12-week commitment required)

Custom training programs delivered through a private coaching app with workout tracking, progress monitoring, chat support, and optional meal planning tools.

  • Tier 1 โ€“ Training Program Only: $450 (12 weeks, paid up front)

    • Custom 12โ€“16 week program

    • Ongoing chat support (responses within 24 hours)

  • Tier 2 โ€“ Corrective & Functional Coaching: $720 (12 weeks, paid up front)

    • Includes posture & movement assessments

    • Corrective exercise strategies for strength, mobility, and flexibility

    • Biweekly 20โ€“30 min coaching calls

    • Ongoing chat support in the app

  • Tier 3 โ€“ Performance Coaching (includes Nutrition): $1,080 (12 weeks, paid up front)

    • Integrated fitness + nutrition coaching for fat loss, muscle building, or sports performance

    • Custom 12โ€“16 week training program with progressive phases

    • Biweekly 50โ€“60 min coaching calls

    • Full access to app with workout + habit tracking, chat support, and meal planning tools included

  • Add-Ons for Tier 1 & 2:

Policies & Commitments

  • Nutrition counseling booked through insurance must go through my clinical partnerโ€™s website โ€” M3 Total Wellness only handles self-pay clients.

  • Fitness coaching programs are designed in 12โ€“16 week cycles โ†’ a 12-week minimum commitment is required for Virtual Fitness Coaching tiers.

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • A minimum of 24 hoursโ€™ notice is required to reschedule appointments.

  • Superbills are available upon request for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
