Every athlete begins with a comprehensive Performance Assessment to ensure strategy aligns with training demands, recovery capacity, and body composition goals.

This is not a generic intake.
It is a structured performance evaluation.

• Nutrition & macro analysis
• Hydration and electrolyte review
• Training load & recovery evaluation
• Body composition strategy discussion
• Supplement review
• Written performance action plan

Investment: $225
Applied toward first month of coaching if  you enroll within 7 days.

Performance Nutrition Coaching

Ongoing Performance Optimization

Available after completing your Performance Assessment.

Ongoing coaching designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing training program.

Ideal for athletes who:
• Train consistently 3–6+ days per week
• Want measurable body composition improvements
• Want fat loss without sacrificing muscle or performance
• Value structure and accountability

Coaching Includes:
• Biweekly 45-minute video sessions
• Performance-driven body composition strategy
• Training-aligned fueling adjustments
• Recovery & energy availability monitoring
• Competition/game-day fueling strategy
• Ongoing messaging support

Investment: $325/month
(3-month minimum commitment)
