Quick Answers to Common Questions

Do I need to complete a Performance Assessment before starting ongoing coaching?

Yes. Every new coaching client begins with the M3 Performance Assessment. This allows us to understand your nutrition, activity or training demands, recovery, and goals before developing an ongoing coaching strategy.

M3 does not currently offer complimentary discovery calls. If you’re considering nutrition or performance coaching, you can review the service options on the website or send a general question through the contact form.

When you’re ready to get started, the M3 Performance Assessment is the first step toward personalized recommendations and ongoing coaching.

M3 Total Wellness performance services are private-pay and do not accept insurance.

If you’re looking for insurance-based Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal concerns, or other medical nutrition needs, I also provide services separately through ONE Nutrition Experts.

I work with active adults, recreational athletes, and competitive athletes across a variety of activities and sports.

You don’t need to compete to benefit from performance nutrition. If you exercise regularly, participate in recreational sports, train toward fitness or body composition goals, or compete in sport, your nutrition can be tailored to support your individual needs.

Recommendations are personalized based on your activity, training demands, goals, and lifestyle.

No. You don’t need to compete or consider yourself an athlete. M3 can work with active adults at different experience levels who want nutrition to better support their exercise, training, or sport.

If you’re primarily seeking nutrition care for a medical condition rather than performance or activity-related goals, insurance-based MNT may be a better fit.

This program is not appropriate if:

  • You’re looking for a crash diet or quick fix
