Quick Answers to Common Questions
Is the Performance Assessment required before coaching?
Yes. Completion of the Performance Assessment is required prior to enrollment in either Performance Nutrition Coaching or Performance Integration.
This ensures appropriate fit, readiness, and structured program alignment.
There are no exceptions.
Can I skip straight to coaching?
No. The assessment protects both your investment and the integrity of the coaching process.
Can I apply for coaching without completing the assessment?
No. Enrollment in coaching programs requires completion of the Performance Assessment and approval.
Do you offer free consultations?
No. The Performance Assessment serves as the structured first step for athletes interested in coaching.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — but not through M3 Total Wellness.
Insurance-based Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services are provided separately through ONE Nutrition.
If you are seeking insurance-covered services, you must visit my ONE Nutrition provider page and review availability there.
Performance coaching services through M3 Total Wellness are private-pay only.
What is the difference between Performance Coaching and insurance-based MNT?
Performance Coaching through M3 Total Wellness focuses on:
- Athletic performance
- Fueling strategy
- Hydration alignment
- Competition preparation
- Structured performance refinement
Insurance-based MNT through ONE Nutrition is medical in nature and follows insurance guidelines.
How often do we meet?
Coaching programs include two 45–60 minute virtual sessions per 30-day billing cycle. Sessions are typically spaced biweekly.
Is coaching virtual?
All performance coaching services are delivered virtually.
What platforms do you use?
Coaching services may utilize secure third-party platforms for scheduling, communication, and performance tracking.
Is there a contract?
All coaching programs require a 3-month minimum commitment and follow the terms outlined in the Performance Coaching Agreement.
Do sessions roll over if unused?
No. Each billing cycle includes two sessions that must be completed within that 30-day period.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions must be scheduled and completed within the active 30-day billing cycle.
Unused sessions do not roll over.
Late cancellations and no-shows may count as completed sessions.
Can you guarantee results?
Performance outcomes depend on adherence, training load, recovery, and multiple external factors. Results cannot be guaranteed.
What sports do you work with?
I work with competitive athletes across various sports who train consistently and prioritize performance.
Sport-specific strategy is tailored after the Performance Assessment.
Do you work with beginners?
Performance coaching is designed for competitive athletes who train consistently.
If you are new to exercise or looking for general health guidance, this program may not be the best fit.
Who is this NOT for?
This program is not appropriate for individuals seeking:
- Quick fixes
- One-time meal plans
- Casual fitness guidance
- Free consultations
- Short-term commitments
